These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meart mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

3. Credits, Purchases, and Subscriptions

• Certain features require credits or subscriptions. Prices and availability may change.
• Purchases are handled by app stores or payment processors; we do not store full payment information.
• Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable once consumed or delivered.
• We may provide promotional credits or discounts at our discretion.

4. User Content

• You are solely responsible for the prompts, images, videos, and any other content you generate, upload, or share via the Service ("User Content").
• You represent that your User Content does not violate any applicable law or third-party rights (including intellectual property and privacy rights) and does not contain harmful or illegal content.
• Subject to your rights, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, transmit, process, and display your User Content solely to operate, maintain, and improve the Service.

5. AI-Generated Content and Third-Party Models

The Service may integrate third-party APIs or models to generate images or videos. Results may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing and using results in compliance with applicable law and these Terms.
