Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

  1. These Terms of Service aim to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between Tuning Cloud (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") and the users of the services provided via mobile devices, including supplementary mobile apps, PC communication, wireless networks, websites, and other services (hereinafter referred to as "Services"). Additionally, these Terms include information to assist users in utilizing the Services effectively.

Article 2 (Definitions)

The definitions of terms used in these Terms of Service are as follows:

  1. "Company" refers to a business entity providing goods, services, or e-commerce-related services through the App Store, Google Play Store apps ( ) using information and communication equipment.
  2. "Member" refers to an individual who agrees to these Terms of Service and is granted the qualification to use the Services provided by the Company.
  3. "Mobile Service" refers to ( ) and all related services provided online by the Company to Members.
  4. "User" refers to a Member who agrees to these Terms of Service and applies for membership to receive the services provided by the Company through the Mobile Service.
  5. "Account (ID)" refers to a combination of letters, numbers, or special characters selected by the Member and assigned by the Company for the Member's identification and use of the Mobile Service.
  6. "Account Information" refers to all information collectively encompassing the Member's account, password, general information provided by the Member to the Company, service usage details, and payment status.
  7. "Password" refers to a combination of letters, numbers, or special characters selected by the Member to protect their information and rights, used to confirm their identity as the rightful owner of the assigned account.
  8. "Post" refers to all forms of information, including text, documents, images, audio, videos, or combinations thereof, uploaded by Members while using the Services.
  9. Definitions of terms not specified in Clause 1 above shall be governed by relevant laws and general practices.

Article 3 (Supplementary Provisions)

Matters not stipulated in these Terms of Service shall be governed by relevant laws or the individual terms, operational policies, and rules set by the Company (hereinafter referred to as "Detailed Guidelines"). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and the Detailed Guidelines, the Detailed Guidelines shall prevail.

Article 4 (Provision of Company Information)
